How to limit checking emails and reclaim your day.
Do you find yourself checking your email all the time during the day?
Why not try... Introducing a new rule that you check emails and messages only three times a day? This will allow you to focus on other work as there are fewer distractions. Try silencing your email notifications so that you’re not buzzed or pinged every few minutes. Yes, we humans are inquisitive creatures, but try resisting. You’ll be surprised how much of you day you will get back.
